WHAT IS IT?

The Workoutaholic fitness tracking application consolidates workout management in a singular platform while delivering valuable insights into your fitness progress through customizable reporting features. All resources and content within the app are developed by Geoff Glaeser, an NASM-certified trainer boasting over eight years of experience working with clients across a spectrum of fitness levels. The workout programs are part of an upgraded content option available via a one-time purchase, carefully designed to promote safe progression through diverse fitness modalities in a systematic and cyclical manner.

GET ORGANIZED - GAIN INSIGHTS

This app enables users to organize their workouts effectively, with search functionalities based on name, location, and customizable keywords. By tracking changes in workout frequency, total time spent exercising, and average duration per session, users can enhance their overall health and fitness. This monitoring is pivotal in preventing fitness plateaus and mitigating the risk of overtraining.

EXERCISES

Featuring over 250 exercise videos accompanied by detailed explanations from multiple camera angles, users can search and filter exercises by name, equipment utilized, or targeted muscle groups. WORKOUTS

The free version of the app allows access to two workouts daily; users opting for the paid version will enjoy unlimited access to workouts and comprehensive workout programs.

PROGRAMS

The paid version includes two full-length workout programs totaling 18 weeks of meticulously planned workouts with scheduled rest days.
